Important Notice

This web site will be shut down permanently on July 1, 2026, when I retire from
Colorado State University. For those of you who have been using the Chemkin calculation
tools, they cannot be transferred to a different server maintained by another individual.
I was permitted to host these calculators because I was one of the (minor) authors of
Chemkin II, and Sandia allowed me to offer them subject to some restrictions. Since January 2010
the calculators have been used successfully more than 730,000 times, with the equilibrium
calculator being the runaway favorite, and the homogeneous chemical kinetics calculator the
least used (zero times, in fact).

Transport Property Evaluation

This spreadsheet will calculate transport properties for gas mixtures of two or more species. Binary and mixture properties are computed for binary mixtures. When three or more species are present, multicomponent properties are also evaluated.
